Negeen Farida is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Neuropsychology at Fielding Graduate University. As a graduate of the Human Development and Psychology Master of Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Ms. Farida’s studies focused on the intersection between psychology, neuroscience, and the arts for individuals. Her passion for the human mind and dance inspired her studies at UCLA, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in World Arts and Cultures/Dance.
Ms. Farida has over ten years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in educational and clinical settings. Her background working with underserved populations, kids with special needs, and various challenges strengthens her passion for helping people achieve mind-body integration and happiness. Her unique experience in studying dance and psychology enables her to offer a refreshing approach in clinical and educational settings. She has a background in educational therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dance-movement therapy, and providing services with nonprofit organizations in underserved communities.
