The following is our private pay pricing structure for the College Connections program. These rates reflect a sponsored discount for Occidental College. As College Connections is offered at Occidental College, Learning Dynamics is an in-network provider for Oxy’s student insurance provider, United Behavioral Health. Per the 2014-2015 Student Insurance Plan, assessment services are covered in-network at 90%, and intervention services at $30 per visit. Details regarding this insurance plan can be located on the Emmon’s Student Wellness Centerwebsite or the Gallagher Student Health Site(links to plan brochure and FAQ).
This formal assessment is conducted to develop a customized College Support Plan. The plan includes behavior-based goals in one or more of our program’s three primary focus areas of major life activities: Education and Occupation, Health and Life Skills, and Interpersonal Relationships.

The amount of time individuals receive Mentor (One-On-One)and Coach (One-On-Two) service options varies based on the level of support needed. This chart can be used to determine the monthly fees for individuals privately paying (without insurance) for these services. This is a monthly fee, with the ability to modify the amount of service needed; based on clinical needs and goal attainment. The following chart is intended to provide an example of how to calculate monthly fees, using the Mentor service option as a guide.
